Konstruktura is a medium to large scale General Construction Contractor with more than 30 years of service excellence. Konstruktura was incorporated in 1990 by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Konstruktura has been licensed since 29 January 1992 by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with license number 14728. It currently has a Category A license with General Building Principal Classification. It has the following additional classifications: Structural Steel Work, Concrete Pre-casting and Pre-stress or Post-tensioning. Plumbing and Sanitary Work, Electrical Work and Painting Work.

Konstruktura is an active member of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Metropolitan Chapter. It has been a member of this prestigious Association since 2004. The Konstruktura President, Olan Dimaano, has served on the PCA Metropolitan Board for several years as director, Treasurer, Vice President and President. He is currently a member of the Advisory Committee.

To date, Konstruktura has handled more than 300 medium- to large-scale projects. Its project portfolio covers a wide range, to include the construction and renovation of offices, clubhouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, retail stores, salons, amusement centers, banks, museums, warehouses, factories, condominiums, residences and water pipelines.
