Contractors’ License, Membership and Commitment

PCAB license

Konstruktura is licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) as a Category A General Building contractor with license number 14728. the first issuance if its license was on 29 January 1992. It has the following additional classifications: Structural Steel Work, Concrete Pre-casting and Pre-stress or Post-tensioning. Plumbing and Sanitary Work, Electrical Work and Painting Work.

PCA Metropolitan

Konstruktura is also an active member of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Metropolitan Chapter. It joined the prestigious Association in 2004 and the Konstruktura President, Olan Dimaano, has served on the PCA Metropolitan Board for several years as director, Treasurer, Vice President and President.
